Shipping and delivery times

At Million, we work to ship every order as quickly as possible, with care, oversight, and precision at every stage of preparation.

Order preparation

All orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
During launches, drops, or busy periods, order preparation may take up to 3 business days.

SHIPPING WITHIN ITALY

Shipping within Italy costs €5, regardless of the order amount. There is no minimum spend for free shipping.

If you choose cash on delivery, the total shipping and cash-on-delivery fee is €11.

All costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE

Shipping to the European countries we serve costs €9.90. Cash on delivery is not available.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES

Shipping to the United States costs €6.90. Cash on delivery is not available.

Shipment tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you’ll receive a message with:

• the tracking number

• the link to track your shipment in real time

We also recommend checking your SPAM or Promotions folder.

Failed delivery

There are two delivery attempts.
If both attempts fail, the package will be returned to the sender and our team will contact you to arrange a new shipment.

Address change

You can request an address change within 1 hour of placing your order.
In this case, contact us as soon as possible through our support team.
